Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically with companies employing over 1,000 employees, and a proven track record of successfully closing complex deals within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments. They should have demonstrated success in selling to large enterprises, particularly to senior-level executives and across multiple departments, along with strong consultative selling skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise customers, own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience. They will identify customer pain points, build relationships with C-level executives, lead account planning efforts, monitor sales activities, and represent Kong professionally at industry events while contributing to business growth initiatives.
