Candidates should have at least 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles. A deep understanding of the Western Canadian construction and infrastructure market, including owners, general contractors, and specialty trades, is required. Strong ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with a consultative selling style, experience managing complex deal cycles, and coordinating cross-functional resources are essential. Skills in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and leveraging existing relationships, along with exceptional business acumen to link the platform to measurable outcomes, are necessary. Comfort operating in a high-growth environment is also expected.
The Enterprise Account Executive will acquire new enterprise customers by applying knowledge of Procore's products, sales methodology, and prospecting techniques. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing new product sales. Responsibilities involve developing prospecting and account plans, researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and obtaining business requirements. The role includes working cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, maintaining accurate forecasts and providing sales reports, and collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth customer hand-offs. The executive will also pursue knowledge of key competitors, manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce, and achieve quarterly and annual targets. Obtaining repeat business, referrals, and references through understanding customer requirements, networking, relationship building, cold calling, and lead follow-up are also key duties.
