A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, and a self-starter attitude. Familiarity with data orchestration, analytics, and related technologies is a plus. Experience selling to data teams, developers, or technical stakeholders, and a background in data orchestration or Airflow-related technologies are considered bonus qualifications.

Additionally, the Account Executive will stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position Astro.
