Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $140K - $150K (OTE Range: $250,000 - $350,000)

You will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy to fuel the company’s growth by creating more opportunities to deploy software to customers. This involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust, and creating opportunities for collaboration between teams. You’ll develop sales munitions and tradecraft to position the team for rapid growth and work as part of cross-functional teams to improve customer delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling medical billing.
  • Experience working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, or Billing Managers.
  • Experience designing and executing sales, growth, or business development strategies (either in a startup or larger institution).
  • Low-ego approach, focused on outcomes over inputs.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Motivation to overcome challenges and achieve team goals.
  • (Ideal) Experience driving business development in the healthcare startup ecosystem.
