Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing engineers with proven results and a strong technical background. A desire and ability to regularly contribute code, a track record of driving product-focused engineering outcomes, and excellent communication skills for tight collaboration in fast-moving environments are required. Prior product engineering management of B2B applications, ideally in a crypto environment, is a plus. Comfort with AI tooling for workflow optimization is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will lead and grow a high-performing product engineering team, partnering deeply with the Product Lead and broader engineering team to align vision, execution, and outcomes. They will drive technical decisions, architecture, and delivery excellence, building a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous learning. Responsibilities include raising the bar on code quality through hands-on guidance, improving and setting standards for testing strategy, and establishing standards for product incident management and follow-through.
