As our Engineering Manager, you'll be a mentor, strategist, and problem solver, overseeing both people and processes to guide talented engineers toward high-impact delivery.

What You’ll Do: Own the Process, Build the Future

• Lead and Manage Engineering Teams: Own the team’s process, delivery, and execution, ensuring optimal performance and high quality.
• Partner with Product Managers and Customers: Collaborate to create the team’s roadmap, aligning on priorities that meet business goals and customer needs.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Review PRs, architecture, and design documents, offering technical coaching and feedback.
• Drive Performance Management: Be responsible for the team’s performance, proactively addressing issues and providing actionable feedback.
• Mentor for Growth: Help engineers develop their full potential, fostering a growth mindset and creating personalized development plans.
