Requirements
Candidates must be technically fluent, having worked closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints, API integrations, data flows, and AI model behavior. Experience building products with LLMs or a strong curiosity and willingness to work in an AI-heavy environment is required. The ideal candidate is scrappy but structured, execution-oriented, collaborative, low-ego, and has experience building 0-1 features in early-stage environments. Experience in conversational commerce, outbound engagement, or e-commerce tooling, and integrating with platforms like Shopify are considered nice-to-haves.
Responsibilities
The Lead Technical Product Manager will drive product execution by owning sprint cycles, writing PRDs, and managing backlogs with a focus on clarity and velocity. They will build product development best practices to ensure the team moves quickly and sustainably. Responsibilities include shaping AI features by collaborating with engineers on LLM-powered agent workflows and personalized messaging systems, bridging technical and UX by translating complex systems into intuitive user-facing features, and contributing to strategy by partnering with founders on roadmap development and prioritization. The role also involves helping to define the future of product at the company as it scales, including future hires and team structure.
