A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer III is responsible for performing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, qualifications, and verifications of clinical and discrete chemistry analyzers according to manufacturer specifications. They must ensure customer needs are met and exceeded while maintaining a positive company image. Key duties include providing effective communication and scheduling with customers and colleagues, ensuring timely service and accurate documentation, operating analyzers safely, and increasing analyzer uptime to foster customer loyalty. The role also involves collaborating with the North American Field Service Escalation Team to analyze findings and recommend corrective actions, assisting with the onboarding of new hires, and potentially coaching other Field Service Engineers or training others on specific instruments.
