Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in project coordination, sales enablement, learning & development, and content management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong engagement and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in enabling sales and customer success organizations is preferred, and experience with Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), and Gong is a plus.
The Enablement Specialist will support the development and delivery of programs to empower the Customer Organization, providing training on internal tools and product support. They will facilitate learning experiences, play a key role in new team member onboarding and enablement events, and assist in project planning for Go-to-Market events. Responsibilities include delivering interactive training, building materials for tools and product features, assessing learning needs, and keeping resources current. They will also update and evolve the onboarding program, track new hire progress, and manage the Highspot learning platform's governance, structure, and strategy. Additionally, they will help coordinate Go-to-Market live events, create project plans, and plan non-product event elements.
