Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with B2B sales environments and sales processes
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and content management systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR Training, and support sales training programs for new hires and existing team members
  • Capture, document, and maintain best practices, playbooks, and win stories
  • Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and certification tracks
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and learning needs
  • Work with HR training to maintain and update training content in the enablement platform or learning management system (LMS)
  • Help sales leadership ensure participation, feedback, and learning outcomes to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
