Responsibilities

The Employee Experience Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies and vendor relationships, ensure the office space is clean and organized, assist in tracking expenses and preparing financial reports, handle executive calendars and scheduling, manage travel arrangements, provide support with sensitive People-related tasks such as research and data compilation, maintain confidentiality, and assist employees with questions regarding their payroll and benefits through the HRIS platform (Gusto) to ensure ongoing employee satisfaction.
