Responsibilities

  • Define a 3-year Digital Workplace strategy and annual operating plan with OKRs tied to business outcomes
  • Establish persona-based journeys (e.g., VIP, field/warehouse, creators/engineers, contact center) and align devices, apps, and policies accordingly
  • Launch a Center of Excellence to up-skill engineers (automation, scripting, DEX tooling) and cultivate a high-trust culture
  • Shift from reactive support events to proactive experience management using DEX/DEM telemetry, sentiment, and XLA scorecards
  • Publish actionable experience reports and drive employee adoption through self-service and automation platforms
  • Deploy smart lockers/kiosks and zero-touch device swaps to minimize employee friction and time away from work
  • Implement Everything-as-Code for provisioning, configuration, packaging, patching, and policy with CI/CD pipelines, pre/post health gates, canaries/ringed rollouts, and rehearsed rollbacks
  • Drive autonomous remediation/self-healing to lower MTTR and increase device stability (crash-free rate, logon time, app reliability)
  • Align VDI/DaaS/app virtualization to the right personas and cost/performance guardrails; instrument capacity, latency, and adoption metrics
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle (procure → provision → retire) with zero-touch builds, sustainable asset management, and circularity programs
  • Run depot operations for rapid swap/repair and remote fulfillment integrated with lockers/kiosks and logistics SLAs
  • Sourcing, Vendor & Financial Management: Curate a partner ecosystem (device lifecycle/PCaaS, DEX/DEM, collaboration/UC, virtualization, lockers/kiosks) with co-creation and outcome/XLA-based agreements
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases; track unit costs and ROI from automation and tooling; lead transitions and QBRs
  • Embed privacy by design and device/da security principles into work
  • Publish clear OKRs, metrics, and quarterly business reviews
