Communications Intern

Candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and a professional drive to succeed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a personable and dependable demeanor are essential. Familiarity with drafting internal and external communications, including employee memos, press releases, and media advisories, is required, as is experience in copywriting and creating engaging social media content. Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary, along with the ability to assist in administrative duties such as scheduling social media content and updating the website's media page. An interest in learning social media and traditional media key performance metrics and reporting on industry trends is also important. Current enrollment in a related BS or master's degree program is preferred, and basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products is required.
