Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related field, with a preference for Change Management certification. A minimum of 5 years of dynamic experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement initiatives, is required. Skills in writing and editing content, technological savviness with AI tools, Microsoft products, SharePoint, and Viva Engage, proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels, sound and strategic problem-solving skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment are also necessary. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, receptive to feedback, possesses a positive demeanor, and is flexible.

Responsibilities

The role involves supporting Global Client Services and Planning as the primary communication contact at strategic and tactical levels. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Organizational Effectiveness and Culture lead to support the deployment of communications strategy, processes, and playbooks. The individual will effectively lead projects to develop, deploy, and train the workforce in organizational change and communication standard methodologies. Additionally, they will provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content, assist with GCS&P iConnect on SharePoint, and manage the group's social content strategy through Office 365 apps like Viva Engage.
