Position Overview

This role is crucial for crafting persuasive and engaging messaging that clearly conveys the importance of our mission and work. This position requires a proactive individual who can conduct assessments, execute strategies, manage collaborators, develop communication materials, and ensure effective deployment of plans. Responsibilities

  • Support Global Client Services and Planning as the primary communication contact at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness and Culture lead to support the deployment of communications strategy, processes, and playbooks.
  • Lead projects to develop, deploy, and train the workforce in organizational change and communication standard methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content.
  • Assist with GCS&P iConnect on SharePoint.
  • Manage the group's social content strategy through Office 365 apps like Viva Engage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related field. Change Management certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of dynamic experience in corporate or employee communications, with an emphasis on change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled in writing and editing content; creative with persuasive abilities and adept at simplifying complex ideas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technologically savvy (i.e., AI tools, Microsoft products, SharePoint, Viva Engage, efficiency apps, etc.) with a keen understanding of all types of communication channels.
  • Project Management: Proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Sound and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, receptive to feedback, possesses a sense of humor, positive demeanor, and flexibility.
