Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (inbound and outbound) to meet and exceed lead generation and pipeline targets for UK, Germany, and Middle East markets
  • Collaborate with regional Sales leadership (UK, DE, MENA) to refine MQLs and SQLs, ensuring seamless lead handover and alignment between marketing and sales
  • Conduct prospect and customer segmentation tailored to each region (UK, DE, MENA) to identify opportunities and refine targeting
  • Plan, manage, and optimise integrated digital campaigns, including Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, Display Advertising, Content Syndication, and Retargeting
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including nurturing sequences, automation flows, and segmentation for optimal engagement and conversion
  • Work with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to align content with demand generation goals and support the buyer's journey
  • Manage and coordinate webinars and virtual events for lead capture and nurturing
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key target accounts with personalised experiences
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure seamless integration between SFDC and Marketo, with correct lead capture and scoring
  • Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and GDPR compliance for all demand generation activities
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs (e.g., lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CPL, marketing-attributed pipeline/revenue)
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels for improved efficiency and ROI
  • Provide regular data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and marketing/sales teams
  • Foster strong relationships with Sales, Product, Content, and Product Marketing teams for a unified customer journey and consistent messaging
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy
