Requirements

  • Over 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML and content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure email templates are optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Identify target audiences and grow our email subscriber list.
  • Segment email lists based on behaviors, preferences, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and update email databases for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure all email communications comply with current best practices and industry regulations.
