Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement and growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and referral campaigns
  • Optimize emails for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and performance (open/click rates, conversions)
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign outcomes
  • Track, analyze, and report on email performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights aligned with industry benchmarks
  • Partner with stakeholders to leverage customer data, usage insights, and satisfaction benchmarks for campaign optimization
