Openness to cross-border collaboration and an interest in future international management opportunities are also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a STEM-related field is a strong plus.
The Management Trainee will rotate through teaching, user operations, and business execution to gain comprehensive exposure to the online education platform's operations and growth strategies. Responsibilities include supporting business strategies for user acquisition and program growth, participating in campaign planning, performance tracking, and operations optimization. The role also involves initiating or iterating on user events, products, and systems based on feedback and business strategy. Additionally, trainees will communicate with parents to understand their needs and provide tailored program recommendations, deepening their understanding of online educational products. A significant part of the role includes delivering approximately 8 hours of online math classes per week, requiring availability on Friday evenings and Saturdays, to gain hands-on teaching experience and insights into user needs.
