Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in newsletter publishing and business development
  • Experience in CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop performance marketing for Hypebeast’s media platforms, growing users through digital efforts
  • Oversee Hypebeast’s digital platforms, ensuring we keep up to date with best practices and strategies
  • Hold accountability for the growth and expansion of our audience through different avenues such as newsletter strategies
  • Work closely with our sales teams to monetize Hypebeast’s newsletter offerings and advise on new areas of growth
  • Develop tactics, plans, and partnerships that help achieve business goals
  • Assist in communication with internal editorial leads and teams on priorities and best practices
  • Identify emerging subcultures and new communities that Hypebeast can grow into, in order to expand our audience reach and strategize growth
  • Report on campaigns and augment based on analysis to ensure the most effective approach
  • Work closely with Hypebeast HQ to ensure editorial alignment
