A comprehensive understanding of the retail industry, experience managing media budgets over $1 million while exceeding KPIs, and proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets are essential. Previous experience working night shifts (EST or similar) is also required. The company emphasizes skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over traditional degrees and years of experience.
The Retail Media Director will oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth by building strong client relationships and understanding their goals.
