The District Sales Manager will lead a team of experienced sellers, formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth, develop and manage the team to drive transformational deals and meet/exceed goals, understand customer priorities through research, participate in and lead customer meetings, analyze the weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities, engage in territory planning and development, build (C-suite) relationships, and cultivate a high-performance sales culture while mentoring and developing team members.
