As the District Manager, responsibilities include gaining new business and growing existing business through an omnichannel strategy, building HCP confidence in Abbott brand products, developing KOL relationships, accelerating the development of digital knowledge in Medical Reps, analyzing market opportunities, deploying marketing programs, building customer relationships across various channels, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, and SFE to gather and interpret customer and market behavior data. Additionally, the role involves observing and providing coaching to medical representatives, and sustaining a high-performing sales team.
