Requirements

  • Job experience in sales or sales administration
  • High interpersonal and communication skills (for smooth and close communication with internal departments and agents)
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office365: Teams, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • External contact point (internal/external) for services related to repair, inspection, maintenance of equipment, and loaner equipment
  • Phone correspondence
  • Administrative processing for all above services
  • Handling all reservations for loaner equipment using in-house systems, and responding to requests from sales
  • Case management using SFDC
  • Collaboration with sales equipment warehouse vendors and product repair departments
  • Business improvements for quality enhancement and process efficiency
