Requirements

Experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep experience in both agile and traditional project methodologies
Strong technical acumen
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and execution-oriented
Strategic mindset to lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
Ability to partner directly with senior leaders such as the CTO and Head of Change/Transformation
Experience managing projects from inception through execution, including leading project management resources
Ability to work with business and product stakeholders, engineers across the SDLC, and other functions
Capability to lead engineering teams and project managers to delivery
Understanding of how to track and measure a project’s impact
Comfortable thriving in a culture of builders, overachievers, high performance, transparent feedback, and mission-first approach

Responsibilities

Lead a team of global TPMs to achieve business and engineering objectives
Partner with senior leaders to define, plan, and execute key technical initiatives across the organization
Work on projects across the breadth of the business and product offerings
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to application development and infrastructure deployment
Manage initiatives either independently or through the global group of TPMs
Partner with business leaders and technology leads to prioritize and plan for a diverse set of initiatives
Ensure alignment of the team and project deliveries with business goals and priorities
Collaborate with global engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners across multiple time zones
Drive strategic alignment, execution, and visibility on high-priority projects
Manage projects from inception, working closely with engineers and throughout the stages of the SDLC
