The Director, Retail Insights will own and lead the commercial and service relationship with a key client, developing strategic plans and driving data-driven merchandising strategies. This role involves leveraging complex analytics to generate incremental sales and profits for clients using NIQ's products and solutions. Responsibilities include acting as the primary trusted partner for client executives, delivering key insights through the NIQ solution suite, and addressing client growth questions. The Director will develop joint business plans, create roadmaps for key activities, and lead the implementation of analytical recommendations. They will also manage client relationships, ensure proactive thought leadership, coach the team on delivering high-quality insights, oversee the utilization of NIQ products, and manage operational issues. Additionally, the role involves overseeing multiple priorities, executing solution delivery, collaborating with internal experts to develop new capabilities, staying current with industry trends, and leading the account team to make a positive impact for the client.
