Responsibilities

As the Director of People and Culture, you will champion the organization’s mission, vision, and values by embedding them into all people-related programs and initiatives. You will lead the design and implementation of a cohesive people and culture strategy, coach and mentor a team of HR professionals, and design and launch enterprise-level initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and sense of belonging. Furthermore, you will develop and execute proactive employee relations strategies, leveraging data and insights to enhance culture, reduce attrition, and boost employee satisfaction and performance.
