Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, or Strategy. Strong experience in building and managing strategic relationships is essential, along with a deep understanding of eCommerce and retail channels.
The Director - Partner Growth and Distribution will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnerships with various retailers and eCommerce platforms to expand Dick’s Sporting Goods’ reach and product distribution. They will lead the buildout of the Partner Growth function, collaborate with internal teams to develop financial cases and technology capabilities, and develop channel expansion strategies. Furthermore, they will establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to senior leadership, while also conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategy.
