Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain management, along with 3+ years of experience managing outbound shipping and 3PL relationships specifically for an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brand. Strong experience with parcel and freight shipping is required.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Distribution, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s distribution strategy and execution through a third-party logistics (3PL) partner, managing the 3PL relationship, overseeing fulfillment operations, supporting new product launches, managing outbound shipping and carrier relationships, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to align logistics operations with brand and customer experience standards. You will also be responsible for contract negotiations, rate reviews, and cost-saving initiatives in outbound freight and fulfillment operations.
