Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketplace growth, merchandising, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics are essential, along with experience in developing and executing growth strategies. Experience with ad inventory management and a proven track record of driving user engagement and partner performance are also required.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Marketplace Growth & Merchandising, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing the ad placement and merchandising strategy to optimize user engagement, partner monetization, and overall Marketplace performance. You will develop campaign strategy in coordination with Marketing, manage ad inventory, develop an Offers and Rewards strategy, build scalable GTM processes, drive experimentation, and identify, test, and scale new growth and monetization features. Additionally, you will lead the Growth and Merchandising team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data Science to align growth initiatives with user and partner needs.
