Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare digital transformation, commercial strategy, or management consulting
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale omnichannel campaigns for pharmaceutical or biotech clients, with demonstrable KPI improvements (e.g., increased patient starts, improved HCP engagement)

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, aligning with client business goals, brand objectives, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead change management efforts, securing buy-in from executive sponsors, medical affairs, commercial, and IT stakeholders
  • Establish success metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion lift, ROI) and ensure ongoing performance tracking and optimization
  • Architect integrated campaigns targeting HCPs, patients, payers, and advocacy groups, leveraging channels such as personalized email and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce), social and display advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic DSPs), customized web portals, mobile apps, patient support platforms, virtual events, webinars, and digital kiosks
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: creative briefs, channel selection, content development, media planning, QA, and post-launch analysis
  • Develop a healthcare data framework—incorporating CRM (Salesforce Health Cloud/Veeva), DMPs, analytics platforms (PowerBI, Google Analytics, Databricks)—to enable robust audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and real-time optimization
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered insights (predictive modeling, A/B testing, personalization engines) to refine targeting and maximize budget efficiency
  • Ensure data governance, security, and HIPAA/PHI compliance across all initiatives
  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-device clients, serving as a trusted advisor and digital transformation partner
  • Manage external vendors and technology partners (e.g., CMS providers, ad tech vendors, AI platform integrators), negotiating SLAs, budgets, and deliverables
  • Present strategic roadmaps, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports to C-suite and cross-functional leadership
  • Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team of digital strategists, campaign managers, data analysts, UX designers, and technologists
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation (e.g., innovation labs, hackathons), and best-practice sharing
  • Define clear career paths, conduct performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay at the forefront of digital and life-science trends—AI in healthcare, omnichannel orchestration, patient-centric engagement—and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Represent Klick at industry conferences, advisory boards, and peer forums; publish white papers or case studies demonstrating our transformational impact
  • Monitor evolving regulatory guidelines (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR) and ensure all digital activities adhere to compliance standards
