Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up, particularly in Greater China
  • Expertise in new client acquisition and exceeding pipeline/revenue targets for new business
  • Mastery of SFDC/HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ability to design repeatable playbooks for new business acquisition in key industries (retail, finance, automotive, AI)
  • Strong understanding of Martech/CDP trends to differentiate in competitive deals
  • Experience with account-based strategies for enterprise clients
  • Ability to collaborate with existing sales leadership and marketing for unified GTM motions
  • Comfort representing the company at C-level industry engagements
  • Direct reporting line to MD, with high visibility and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of high-impact AEs (initial focus: 5–10 hires)
  • Design repeatable playbooks for new business acquisition in key industries (retail, finance, automotive, AI)
  • Implement rigorous pipeline management and forecasting using SFDC/HubSpot
  • Own and exceed quarterly new business targets (ARR, pipeline coverage, expansion)
  • Leverage Martech/CDP trends to differentiate impact.com’s USP in competitive deals
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based strategies for enterprise clients
  • Work closely with the MD to align new and existing sales teams for complementary GTM motions
  • Represent impact.com at C-level industry engagements to open doors
  • Drive strategy, execution, and scaling of the new business unit to prove scalability and earn broader sales org leadership
