About The Role

As the Director of Sales Development at Jasper, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing the team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and scaling both inbound and outbound customer acquisition strategies to build pipeline and convert customers in target accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a growing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Develop and implement scalable strategies for both inbound and outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline that directly contributes to revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine lead qualification processes, ensure seamless handoffs, and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
  • Establish metrics and performance benchmarks; analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to empower BDRs to succeed individually while driving team-wide results.
  • Take ownership of pipeline generation goals, ensuring alignment with Jasper’s broader sales and revenue targets.
