Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles, with a proven track record of building RevOps functions, strong understanding of CRM platforms, and experience establishing revenue operations in high-growth environments, preferably in technology or SaaS. They should also demonstrate success in designing sales compensation plans and deal desk structures, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, along with strong leadership abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and optimizing the revenue operations framework from the ground up, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to design and implement systems, processes, and policies that drive sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence. You will design and build a comprehensive revenue operations organization, develop and maintain CRM systems and processes, define and refine sales stages and pipeline management methodologies, create and implement sales team compensation structures, establish discounting guidelines, build an effective deal desk structure, lead systems selection and implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lead management processes, develop reporting and analytics, and build scalable processes to support both direct and indirect revenue/lead sources.
