12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with prior experience in a fast-growing, high-technology company
4+ years of experience directly leading and mentoring a sales recruiting team
Proven success in building, scaling, and managing a high-performing talent acquisition function
Deep understanding of the talent marketplace for go-to-market roles
Exceptional leadership, influence, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
Strategic mindset with a sense of urgency, capable of building and executing recruiting strategies for unique hiring territories
Commitment to confidentiality and data security per Snowflake’s standards (security-conscious mindset)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, coaching and growing talent, and setting clear performance metrics
Drive strategic talent acquisition by developing and executing recruiting strategies to meet and exceed pipeline and hiring goals; analyze funnel metrics to optimize processes
Partner with executive stakeholders and hiring managers, providing data-driven insights on market trends, compensation, and competitive landscapes; advise on scaling teams
Manage complex, high-priority searches and close top-talent roles
Enhance operational excellence by streamlining partner onboarding, enablement, activation processes, and optimizing recruiting lifecycle efficiency
Embody Snowflake’s culture and core values (customer focus, integrity, ambition, excellence, accountability, ownership, collaboration) in leadership and recruiting practices
