  • Experience directing complex sourcing initiatives, managing RFP/tender processes, and negotiating high-value contracts for cost efficiency, quality, and innovation
  • Skills in developing and executing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs, including supplier segmentation, KPI/balanced scorecard development, formal performance reviews, audits, and ongoing improvement
  • Capability to serve as a highly visible advocate and partner to C-suite, internal stakeholders, key external partners, and TPG stakeholders, driving procurement excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement on a global scale

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, including supplier segmentation, KPI/balanced scorecard development, formal performance reviews, audits, and ongoing improvement
  • Drive cost savings, operational value, and strategic partnerships with internal business units and TPG’s stakeholders
  • Ensure procurement excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement on a worldwide scale as the senior procurement leader
