Ability to shape, lead, and scale global procurement activities, including architecting and executing strategy across category management, sourcing execution, supplier relationships, risk mitigation, and operational best practices
Expertise in building and scaling a global procurement function, establishing foundational processes, systems (P2P, contract repositories), policies, and performance metrics
Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive, multi-year procurement strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, operational efficiency, and value-creation
Leadership in category management across major spend areas, emphasizing IT (software, cloud, hardware), marketing, HR, professional/business services, facilities, and travel
Experience directing complex sourcing initiatives, managing RFP/tender processes, and negotiating high-value contracts for cost efficiency, quality, and innovation
Skills in developing and executing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs, including supplier segmentation, KPI/balanced scorecard development, formal performance reviews, audits, and ongoing improvement
Capability to serve as a highly visible advocate and partner to C-suite, internal stakeholders, key external partners, and TPG stakeholders, driving procurement excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement on a global scale
