Responsibilities

Lead and develop a growing team of procurement specialists
Drive the evolution of Juniper Square's enterprise-level sourcing strategy
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Operations
Oversee all strategic sourcing activities, including supplier selection and contract negotiations
Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee vendor performance management, including KPIs and SLAs
Proactively manage renewals and vendor relationships
Identify and deliver significant cost savings
Oversee and manage Lexion, Juniper Square’s vendor contract management tool
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track procurement KPIs
