Responsibilities

  • Build upon and evolve Juniper Square’s procurement strategy for scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering continuous learning and performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing vendor strategy and aligning procurement with priorities
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Operations to align with budget, compliance, and risk objectives
  • Influence, educate, and drive adoption of procurement processes across the organization
  • Lead strategic sourcing activities, including supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility
  • Oversee vendor performance management, KPIs, SLAs, renewal reviews, and relationships for competitive advantage
  • Identify and deliver cost savings across software, services, and operations while maintaining quality and mitigating risk
  • Oversee and manage Lexion contract management tool for consistent use and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for procurement KPIs, metrics, and savings
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process scalability
