Easterseals Hawaii and Easterseals Northern California are seeking a dynamic and effective Director of Operations with strong leadership skills, a knack for clear communication, a focus on upstream design, and the ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, building trusted relationships, and representing the organization with authenticity. This role is crucial in fostering a positive team culture that values growth, collaboration, and achieving meaningful results. While this role is fully remote, it will support a mix of PST/HST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Effectiveness: Partner closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic goals, initiatives, and organizational policies for smooth and impactful operations.
- Empower Leadership: Provide high-level administrative and deliverable support to the CEO.
- Be a Key Connector: Serve as a central point of contact, fostering clear and authentic communication within the organization and with external partners.
- Lead with Impact: Initiate, oversee, and manage key projects and project portfolios, ensuring alignment with the mission, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Ensure Financial Health: Effectively budget, monitor revenue and expenditure, and manage costs for crucial projects.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate trusted and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations, representing the CEO authentically.
- Champion Proactive Solutions: Develop and implement systems and processes to identify and navigate risks, crises, and emergencies effectively.
