Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Head of Culture to define and execute a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company values and business goals
Translate skill needs and cultural priorities into engaging learning experiences—onboarding, manager training, and leadership development
Conduct needs assessments and learning diagnostics across functions to identify development gaps and opportunities
Serve as the orchestrator of learning and development across nine firms—harmonizing efforts, aligning initiatives, and ensuring coherence, clarity, and impact at scale
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of L&D programs, from design and delivery to feedback and continuous improvement
Manage logistics and vendor relationships for training sessions, platforms, and tools
Deliver dynamic training experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings, using formats such as toolkits, asynchronous modules, and lunch & learns
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate learning across the employee experience
Define success metrics and gather feedback to measure program effectiveness and learner experience
Build reports and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and business alignment
Champion a culture of curiosity, growth mindset, and shared learning
Embed learning into daily workflows, fostering psychological safety, collaboration, and inclusive practices
