Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Culture to define and execute a scalable L&D strategy aligned with company values and business goals
  • Translate skill needs and cultural priorities into engaging learning experiences—onboarding, manager training, and leadership development
  • Conduct needs assessments and learning diagnostics across functions to identify development gaps and opportunities
  • Serve as the orchestrator of learning and development across nine firms—harmonizing efforts, aligning initiatives, and ensuring coherence, clarity, and impact at scale
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of L&D programs, from design and delivery to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Manage logistics and vendor relationships for training sessions, platforms, and tools
  • Deliver dynamic training experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings, using formats such as toolkits, asynchronous modules, and lunch & learns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate learning across the employee experience
  • Define success metrics and gather feedback to measure program effectiveness and learner experience
  • Build reports and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and business alignment
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, growth mindset, and shared learning
  • Embed learning into daily workflows, fostering psychological safety, collaboration, and inclusive practices
