The Role

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth, the Director of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in scaling Felix’s digital acquisition efforts through performance-driven creative, on-platform media buying, and landing page optimization.

This is a high-impact role focused on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing growth levers across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative teams, product teams, and external partners to maximize efficiency and drive customer growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Growth Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay at the forefront by testing and adopting new growth strategies, tools, and tactics.
  • Bring thought leadership by identifying emerging trends and experimenting with novel approaches to drive acquisition performance.

Channel Performance Ownership

  • Take full accountability for the business performance of managed channels.
  • Proactively uncover growth opportunities, lead experimentation, and strive to exceed targets.

Mentorship & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a senior voice on the team, mentoring junior members and supporting their success.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and growth.

Performance Creative Production

  • Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels.

Creative Process Management

  • Shape and manage internal/external creative processes, collaborating with creative teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of performance assets and landing page experiences.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Identify landing page opportunities, lead A/B testing, and optimize funnels to improve user conversion and cost efficiency.

Digital Acquisition Management

  • Manage campaign execution and optimization across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid media platforms.

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing

  • Develop and manage an affiliate strategy, cultivating partnerships that drive incremental growth and expand reach.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Utilize data to surface insights and take decisive action to improve efficiency, revenue, and ROI across all acquisition channels.

Trend Monitoring & New Growth Levers

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and actively evaluate new tools, platforms, and tactics that can drive performance.
