We are hiring a Director of Engineering to lead our Engineering teams in developing and delivering customer and consumer-facing web and mobile applications for the self-care industry. You will be a key decision-maker in defining our technical vision, strategy, and objectives as we continue to grow. You will partner closely with Design, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver solutions to challenging opportunities. You will continuously grow your self-care industry knowledge to ensure we are delivering reliable products that delight our customers.

You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement in the delivery process, engineering practices, and innovation with a focus on being a best-in-class product for our customers. You connect people and build bridges across different teams and functions. You will often be given ambiguous, ill-defined problems, with the implicit goal of gaining clarity and driving direction and execution.

  • Partner with stakeholders, R&D Leadership, and cross-functional teams to evolve and improve Boulevard web and mobile app experiences while executing on an ambitious product roadmap.
  • Lead teams within our platform engineering portfolio in delivering high-quality, efficient, scalable, and maintainable cross-platform user experiences that provide best-in-class solutions for our customers.
  • Ensure that our software, systems, and teams are architected to scale horizontally to support customer and Boulevard growth.
  • Drive clarity to ambiguous problems and provide direction to ensure solutions achieve desired business and customer outcomes.
