The Chief Information Security Officer will lead the Information Security team, develop and implement strategies to assess and manage security risks, and oversee crisis and incident management. This role involves hiring and developing staff to establish security processes, standards, and policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CISO will also deploy state-of-the-art security technology, establish and monitor risk controls, and build relationships with government and private sector entities. Responsibilities include engaging with executive leadership and the board on security topics, partnering with stakeholders to ensure security is maintained during technology and business changes, responding to customer security needs, reporting on program effectiveness, and managing team capacity, budget, and resource allocation.
