Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in cybersecurity, with direct exposure to identity security, IAM, PAM, or related domains. A proven track record of creating effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies is required, along with strong storytelling and content creation skills to simplify complex technical topics. Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with enablement and competitive intelligence, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, is essential. Familiarity with identity directory tools such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta IAM, Ping, or CyberArk Workforce Identity, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a technical or security-related background being a plus, is preferred. The candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will develop and refine messaging, positioning, and narratives to differentiate SpecterOps in the Identity Security market. They will lead go-to-market strategy for new features, capabilities, and product launches, collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining competitive intelligence, creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and solution briefs, and partnering with Demand Generation to develop campaign content. The role also involves conducting market research to identify trends and buyer needs, capturing and amplifying customer stories, and serving as a thought leader on identity security topics through webinars, blogs, and industry events.
