We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Leader to join our team and drive the strategy and execution for our GLP-1 program. This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller, and a cross-functional operator who can drive consensus across product, clinical, and commercial teams. The role will focus on supporting product roadmap development, sales, and marketing efforts, and widening the gap between Omada and its competitors. This is a player-coach role, leading a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support the GLP-1 program roadmap, acting as a subject matter expert with the commercial team, and providing marketing strategy & execution for the program and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultants, and employer audiences. This role will be customer-facing and instrumental in driving strategy and design of the GLP-1 program.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years experience in a related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B audiences.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Preferred experience in pharma, health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health.
  • Customer Interaction: 3+ years of experience in a role that frequently engages directly with customers through selling, product demos, or account management.

  • Provide marketing strategy & execution for the GLP-1 program and sales enablement for payer, benefit consultants, and employer audiences.
  • Drive strategy and design of the GLP-1 program.
  • Develop customer-facing content, including presentations, product guides, web content, and white papers.
  • Build brand-level marketing plans and customer segment strategies.
  • Lead groups through strategic and planning exercises.
  • Monitor marketing execution through KPIs and measurement plans.
