The Director of Location Strategy & Operations will lead and drive decisions related to location strategy, including expansions, new markets, M&A, and exits, by partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include participating in workforce planning discussions, facilitating alignment sessions with regional leaders, acting as a liaison among business units, designing location health scorecards and metrics, overseeing new location requests and feasibility, directing expansion or exit initiatives, driving program improvements for Regional Leadership Councils, proactively identifying collaboration opportunities, owning and maintaining Global Hiring guidelines, and managing a project manager.
