Candidates should possess deep domain experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics, demonstrable experience establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment, and a proven demonstration of pipeline growth and lead generation. They should also have an analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
The Director of Global Field & Event Marketing will translate company objectives into a comprehensive demand generation strategy, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to create customer segments and personas, partner with sales teams on strategy and field initiatives, manage the demand generation budget and expenditures to achieve growth targets, build and manage a team of marketing professionals, and drive growth through marketing activities including third-party programming and field/partner events.
