As a Strategic Program Manager within eBay’s Global Marketing organization, you will quickly learn eBay’s business and marketing best practices. You will work with eBay marketing leadership and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive operational plans to manage complete project lifecycles for complex integrated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate hand-in-hand with Global Brand, Global Operations, Global Marketing Teams (CRM, Media, Comms, GCI, etc.), and Global Creative Teams. Your role will be to drive initiatives, ensuring the right plans for the agreed-upon strategy are delivered to achieve eBay’s business goals.

You will execute omni-channel marketing deliverables by collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining requirements, scopes, scheduling resources, and ensuring deliverables hit key milestones from kickoff through delivery, QA, campaign optimization, and reporting on campaign results. This may include supporting concept development/creative strategy, media strategy, photo shoots, TV, video, print, digital content including social, email creative, radio/audio spots, and out-of-home media.

You will create project status reports to track progress and timelines, streamlining communications among stakeholders in an agile and action-oriented environment. You will partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and provide continuous improvement to marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support programs across our focused categories and global brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure alignment between customer strategies, marketing objectives, and strategies in go-to-market executions.
  • Provide project management and oversight of campaigns, including creative development and agency management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time for paid and owned channels.
  • Obtain buy-in and sign-off from business unit partners for all plans.
  • Provide regular status updates to marketing and business unit partners.
  • Manage campaign planning, development, and deployment.
  • Build timelines, lead creative reviews, and create/improve processes.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Marketing or agency account management experience required.
  • Digital Marketing experience across all channels preferred over general project management experience.
  • Background in working with creative teams.
  • Proven ability to work within established processes.

  • Base Pay Range: $84,800 - $146,900
  • Note: Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
  • Total Compensation: May also include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable), in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
