Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically in FP&A sales or related account management roles. Proven experience selling FP&A software, a strong understanding of financial processes and planning cycles, and experience driving expansion within existing customer bases are required. The role also demands the ability to engage and influence C-level executives, particularly in Finance, and requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A collaborative yet hunter mentality, comfort working across teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential. Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring junior team members are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a targeted sales strategy to increase FP&A adoption within existing Unit4 ERP, ERPx, and CODA customers. This includes positioning Unit4 FP&A as a transformative solution, tailoring messaging to customer needs, and partnering with Account Managers and Solution Consultants to build joint account plans. The role involves leading high-impact conversations with senior finance stakeholders, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data analysis and proactive outreach, and owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close to ensure accurate forecasting and quota achievement.
