Strategic leadership experience in transforming enterprise systems into engines for growth, scale, and innovation
Expertise in defining and executing vision for enterprise applications ecosystem, accelerating revenue, customer retention, and operational excellence
Ability to sit at the intersection of business and IT, driving enterprise systems strategy aligned with financial and strategic objectives
Experience enabling operational leverage through automation and unlocking GenAI for business users and internal teams
Proven partnerships with executive stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal, and HR
Leadership of high-performing teams including engineers, architects, product owners, developers, and agile leaders
Accountability for delivering secure, scalable, and insight-driven systems

Responsibilities

Act as executive sponsor for self-driving enterprise initiatives, focusing on AI-driven orchestration and autonomous operations in GTM and AI-Workspace Technology domains
Architect and lead AI strategy and governance framework for AI-Workspace Technology, overseeing intelligent automation, vendor ecosystems, and system integration for proactive, data-informed GTM execution
Champion development of a control tower for GTM and AI-Workspace Technology using GenAI and decision intelligence for real-time visibility, predictive insights, and autonomous workflows across revenue lifecycle
Establish and scale rapid prototyping capability to accelerate GenAI use cases impacting GTM velocity, forecasting accuracy, customer lifecycle automation, and cross-functional alignment
Lead governance processes including EA Steering Committee, Architecture Review Board (ARB), DevSecOps, and Continuous Improvement Committee
Own operating model for intake, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of enterprise apps
Define and evolve Enterprise Applications roadmap aligned with company OKRs (Trees/Plants/Seeds strategy)
Represent EA organization in strategic planning forums and executive business reviews
Communicate roadmap progress, delivery outcomes, platform risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership
Ensure alignment of EA efforts with broader IT, security, data, and business transformation programs
Own enterprise applications financial oversight and vendor strategy
