Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives and business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into a strategic enterprise systems roadmap
  • Define and communicate a clear vision for PayNearMe’s business systems
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate system performance
  • Radically streamline quote-to-cash, contracting, and billing processes
  • Improve tools for client and customer service teams
  • Automate and streamline accounting and reconciliation processes
  • Identify and implement systems needs and/or process improvements
  • Drive the selection, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems and applications
  • Ensure security, compliance, and scalability across all business systems
  • Develop PayNearMe’s enterprise AI tooling strategy
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions
  • Partner with the VP of Data Engineering to implement the core AI tooling stack
