Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal role within the technology sector, with a preference for software/SaaS experience. Leadership experience at the director or senior manager level is required, along with a proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects and contracts. A strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes, is essential. The role also requires strong analytical abilities, business acumen, excellent communication skills, adeptness at business partnering, and the ability to work under pressure. Program management experience is a plus, as are BS/MS in Legal Studies or an MBA in Business Administration or related fields.

Responsibilities

This role involves working with the Legal team, business executives, and other functions to bring strategic products, services, and programs to market. Responsibilities include providing scalable programmatic support for geographic and vertical market expansion of hyperscaler offerings, supporting acquisitions and investments through due diligence and deal closure, and ensuring appropriate legal terms and contracting processes are in place for strategic offerings. The role also entails answering complex deal questions, creating playbooks and reference materials, supporting customer excellence and support teams, providing agile processes and business guidance, and managing a team of contracts managers and professionals.
